User Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement governs your use of QQLink Plus, a secure messaging application operated by KeepBit Exchange Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Wallet Services

This application provides digital asset wallet services, including hosted wallet (custodial) and non-custodial Web3 wallet options. You may store, send, and receive supported cryptocurrencies through the wallet feature.

Transfer and Red Packet

You may send cryptocurrency to other users through the in-app transfer and red packet features. By initiating a transfer, you acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once sent, funds cannot be recovered by us.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient's identity and wallet address.
• Transaction processing times depend on blockchain network conditions, which are outside our control.

2. Account Registration

To use QQLink Plus, you must register with a valid phone number or email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. Each person may maintain only one account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you send through QQLink Plus. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to transmit your encrypted messages to intended recipients. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Financial Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency Volatility. The value of cryptocurrencies can be highly volatile. You acknowledge that:

• Digital asset prices may fluctuate significantly within short periods;
• You bear full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from holding or transferring cryptocurrency through this application;
• We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or market predictions.

Wallet Security.

• Custodial Wallet (Hosted): We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your hosted wallet assets. However, no security system is impenetrable. You agree that we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure events, state-level attacks, or vulnerabilities beyond our reasonable control.
• Non-custodial Wallet (Web3): Your private keys are stored exclusively on your device. If you lose access to your device or fail to back up your recovery phrase, your assets will be permanently inaccessible. We cannot recover non-custodial wallets under any circumstances.

No Deposit Insurance. Cryptocurrency holdings in this application are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme, financial compensation fund, or investor protection program. Your crypto assets are not equivalent to bank deposits and carry different risks.

5. Privacy & Encryption

QQLink Plus uses end-to-end encryption to protect your messages. While we implement strong security measures, you acknowledge that you are responsible for safeguarding your device and account credentials.

6. Updates & Changes

We may update QQLink Plus periodically to improve security, add features, or fix issues. We may also update this agreement. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
