1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QQLink Plus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

QQLink Plus is a secure messaging application that provides end-to-end encrypted text messaging, voice and video calls, group chat, file sharing, and real-time translation services.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use QQLink Plus. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QQLink Plus to:

• Send spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the service

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. In-App Purchases

QQLink Plus may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the respective platform's payment terms. Refund requests should be directed to the platform where the purchase was made.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

QQLink Plus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
